Who is responsible

What data is collected

• Contact form: name, email, phone (if you provide it) and your message.
• Usage statistics, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type and approximate region, through Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Technical access data, such as IP address, browser, date and time, logged by the hosting provider and by Cloudflare for security and to keep the site running.

How the data is used

• To answer your message and follow up on the contact you started.
• To keep the site secure and running.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it. This purpose depends on your consent.

I do not sell or rent personal data, I do not send advertising, and I do not make automated decisions with it.

Legal basis

Statistics depend on your consent. Messages are handled to respond to the contact you started, and technical logs are kept based on the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and Mexico's personal data protection law.

Who the data is shared with

Only with the services that make the site work:

• Hostinger: website hosting.
• Cloudflare: network, performance and security.
• Apple (iCloud): the email account that receives form messages.
• Google Analytics and Hotjar: statistics, only with your consent.

Some of these services store data outside Brazil and Mexico. In those cases, the transfer follows each provider's contractual safeguards.

How long the data is kept

• Messages: for as long as needed to answer and keep a record of the contact, or until you ask for deletion.
• Statistics: for the retention periods set in Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Technical logs: for the periods set by the hosting provider and Cloudflare.

Cookies and browser storage

Statistics cookies only run if you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Your choice is kept for 1 year in a cookie set by the site itself, and your language choice stays in your browser, without being sent to anyone.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and information about how it is used, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. In Mexico, these include the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition).

To exercise any of them, write to [email protected]. You will get an answer within 15 days. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country, such as the ANPD in Brazil.
